PURCHASING A DESIGN PACKAGE WITH FP STAGING AND DESIGN SIGNIFIES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE BELOW TERMS OF SERVICE.
✓ If purchasing a GOLD or PLATINUM Package, your budget is at least $7,500 or greater to ensure ample budget for timeless high quality pieces in the room.
✓ You are prepared to bring the space to life post design delivery due to the nature of online shopping and risk associated with items going out of stock. Resourcing fees due to items going out of stock (outside of the 10 business day post design delivery window) are $75 per item.
If you would like to secure your package and are not ready for FP Staging & Design to start designing, please let us know your desired time frame during our initial ‘Welcome’ email correspondence period.
✓ For all packages, you are aware that you have 10 business days post initial design delivery for revisions with your designer. After 10 business days, we are happy to continue making changes but will charge a $75 fee per item to continue to resource. Silver packages include 2 revisions. Gold and Platinum packages include 3 revisions.
✓ Purchasing your design package will place you into FP Staging and Design’s design queue. Turn around times in getting started can vary, but are currently around 3-4 weeks from completion of Design Questionnaire. Once we begin your design, you will be notified via email and in our design platform.
✓ All typical correspondence will take place in our online design portal as this is a virtual service. Each package includes an initial video chat with your designer. Silver packages include one 30 minute virtual consultation; Gold and Platinum packages include one 60 minute virtual consultation.
✓ You recognize that because this is virtual (online) design, we have not and cannot see every item that we recommend in person. We use our design expertise along with reviews to ensure high quality items that will fit within your design. Items can always appear different than expected IRL than online or in your design. This is an associated risk with online design- we will help you to facilitate a suitable replacement if this does happen.
✓ All renderings and depictions are conceptual only and for the convenience of reference. Any information gained from drawings are not to be used for construction purposes.
✓ FP Staging and Design often shares our client designs on social media. Please let us know upfront if you prefer your designs not be shared with others.
✓ Package purchase values are honored for 1 year from purchase.
